The BLOOM⁴³ device delivers ultra-precise supraphysiological preconditioning™ to boost blood flow and prime the skin, helping lower the risk of post-op complications.
Using a sensor-controlled, patented intermittent thermal algorithm, BLOOM⁴³ stimulates the release of protective heat shock proteins (HSPs), including HSP-32.
This induces the local release of carbon monoxide, which is a potent vasodilator that enhances tissue blood flow.
Better blood flow means better healing.

BLOOM⁴³ device is made available for your prehabilitation treatment and then returned to our facility so that other patients can benefit too - supporting a more sustainable, circular healthcare model.
For this reason, at checkout you will also be asked to pay a refundable deposit. Following your surgery, simply return the device(s) to our facility, and we will process your deposit refund. Please ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate and up to date.

BLOOM⁴³ is designed to be worn for 3 hours the night before surgery, pre-emptively priming your skin to get ready to heal. In clinical trials the effects of supraphysiological preconditioning™ have been shown to last many hours, with increased blood flow still seen hours after surgery.
It is intended to be placed within a bra, positioned against the skin (ideally centered over the nipple-areola complex) of the breast(s) that will be operated on.

To use BLOOM⁴³, you’ll need a prescription from your doctor. Here’s a prescription template your doctor can use. Below is a breakdown of the cost:
$750 for one device (unilateral surgery)
$900 for two devices
(Each device supports one breast, so bilateral surgery requires two.)
A refundable deposit is also required:
$200 for one device
$300 for two devices
The deposit is refunded once the device(s) are returned after surgery.
BLOOM⁴³ is also HSA/FSA eligible, which may help with payment if the patient has access to one of those accounts.

It depends on the operation you’re having. If you’re having surgery on one breast, you’ll only need one BLOOM⁴³ device. But if your procedure involves both breast, you’ll need to order two devices, one for each side.
Each BLOOM⁴³ device is designed for a single preconditioning treatment on one breast only. This ensures your skin receives the full benefit of supraphysiological preconditioning™ - helping it prepare for healing safely and effectively.

After your surgery, we ask you to return your BLOOM⁴³ device(s). By doing so, you help support a more sustainable, circular healthcare system - allowing other to benefit from BLOOM⁴³ too.
The deposit simply ensures the safe return of the device. Once it’s received back in good condition, your full deposit will be refunded. It’s one small step that makes a big impact - for both enviroment and future patients.

Shipping is typically quick—devices usually arrive up to 5 days before surgery. If your surgery date is approaching soon, please contact our customer service team directly and let us know when it is scheduled, and we will personally manage the delivery to ensure the devices arrives on time.
