After discussing the benefits of using BLOOM⁴³ in your patient's pre-operative care, prescribe one or two devices depending on the laterality of their procedure.

Alongside the prescription, hand your patient an envelope containing further information and unique instructions for ordering their BLOOM⁴³ device(s).

The patient downloads the free BLOOM⁴³ app and has instant access to educational materials and support.
They are guided through the ordering process for their device(s), only paying a refundable deposit.

The BLOOM⁴³ device(s) will be delivered directly to the patient 5-7 days prior to the date of their procedure.

The patient wears the BLOOM⁴³ device(s) over their breast(s) for 3 hours on the evening before surgery.

After surgery, the patient mails their device(s) using a prepaid return label. Their deposit is refunded.
They can continue to use the BLOOM⁴³ app to support them in their recovery.
Patients who choose to self-pay:If your clinic does not yet offer BLOOM⁴³, patients in the US can still access the device by asking their surgeon to issue a prescription and choosing to fund the order themselves. In this case, they will pay a device fee plus a refundable deposit, which is returned when the device is mailed back.
