The BLOOM⁴³ device delivers ultra-precise supraphysiological preconditioning™ to boost blood flow and prime the skin, helping lower the risk of post-op complications such as skin necrosis.
Using a sensor-controlled, patented, intermittent thermal algorithm, BLOOM⁴³ triggers the release of protective Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs), including HSP-32, which induces the release of carbon monoxide in the local tissue- a powerful vasodilator and increases blood flow to the area.

Preparing for surgery is a powerful way of preventing complications that might cause prolonged healing times, additional outpatient appointments or possibly even more surgery. BLOOM⁴³ works in harmony with your body, boosting its natural ability to respond to interventions, using the power of supraphysiological preconditioning™. This works by causing the release of naturally occurring heat-shock proteins, which protect our skin from the effects of surgery. A refundable deposit is also required:

The deposit is refunded once the device(s) are returned after surgery.
BLOOM⁴³ is also HSA/FSA eligible, which may help with payment if the patient has access to one of those accounts.

Shipping is typically quick—devices usually arrive within 2–3 business days, and we aim to ensure they reach the patient at least three days before surgery. If your surgery date is approaching soon, please contact our customer service team directly and let us know when it is scheduled, and we will personally manage the delivery to ensure the devices arrives on time.
