Breast surgery can be a difficult and uncertain time, and we don't want cost to stand between a patient and the chance to prepare properly. So this Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're asking our community to help us reach more patients who need support.
If you'd like to be considered to receive a gifted device:
You must be based in the United States
You must have an upcoming breast surgery scheduled within the next 6 months
Your surgery must be at least 5 business days away, to give us time to ship your device
If selected, you'll need a prescription from your healthcare professional

How the BLOOM⁴³ platform works
The device
BLOOM⁴³ is the world's first fully wearable, non-invasive medical device that lets you safely precondition your skin the night before surgery. By gently warming the treatment area, your body releases Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs), naturally occurring proteins that trigger the release of carbon monoxide into the tissue. This vasodilates the blood vessels and improves blood flow to the skin, helping to reduce the risk of wound healing complications like infection and skin necrosis.

The free BLOOM⁴³ app is where you order your device and prepare for surgery. It includes a Prehab™ and rehab program, plus evidence-based guidance from experts on pre-op nutrition, physical health and mental preparation, so you can feel genuinely ready.
