October Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign – Terms & Conditions 

During October 2026, PLEXAA INC., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 228 E 45th St Ste 9E, New York NY 10017, will donate 10% of the net profit from BLOOM⁴³ device purchases made by self-funding customers (excluding business sales) through the BLOOM⁴³ app in participating states,  to  BreastReconstruction.org INC, a New York nonprofit corporation operating as BreastReconstruction.org, with its principal place of business at 833 Northern Boulevard, Suite 150, Great Neck, New York 11021. 

Campaign period 

The campaign  will run  from October 1, 2026  through  October 31, 2026. 

Only qualifying BLOOM⁴³ purchases completed during the Campaign Period will be included in the contribution calculation. 

Qualifying purchases 

A qualifying purchase is a BLOOM⁴³ medical device purchase that: 

a) are made during the Campaign Period; 

b) are made through the BLOOM⁴³ app by self-funding customers in a Participating State, excluding all business-to-business (“B2B”) sales, purchases, and orders; 

c) are successfully paid to and received by Plexāā; and 

d) are not subsequently cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed. 

Plexāā will exclude from the calculation any transactions that are not ultimately completed. 

“Participating States” means New York, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, and Indiana. Purchases made by customers outside the Participating States are not Qualifying Sales and will not be included in the contribution calculation, but may remain eligible for any BLOOM⁴³ promotional discount that Plexāā offers. 

Donation calculation 

The donation is calculated as 10% of the net profit generated from qualifying purchases. Net profit is calculated after applicable sales taxes, refunds, chargebacks, shipping costs, payment processing fees and direct product costs. 

The final donation will be calculated after the campaign ends and paid to BreastReconstruction.org within 90 days of the campaign end date. 

Campaign Details & State Eligibility 

For each qualifying BLOOM⁴³ device purchase made by a self-funding customer (excluding business sales) through the BLOOM⁴³ app in a Participating State during the promotional period, Plexāā will donate an amount equal to 10% of the net profit from that purchase to BreastReconstruction.org. Participating States: New York, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Indiana. 

Purchases made by customers outside the Participating States remain eligible for the applicable BLOOM⁴³ promotional discount but will not be included in the charitable donation. The charitable donation is subject to all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Plexāā will not conduct the charitable promotion in any state where The Charity is not registered or exempt from registration, or where any additional registration, filing, bonding or other legal requirement applicable to the promotion has not been satisfied.
