  • Write a prescription for your patient and explain the role of BLOOM⁴³ in their pre-operative care,

  • Hand your patient a personalized kit containing a unique envelope with instruction to order their BLOOM⁴³ device, and an informative leaflet

  • Patients download the BLOOM⁴³ app, order up to 2 devices, and only pay a refundable deposit.

    Patients will also benefit from support material on the app as well as Prehab™ and Rehab program.

  • The BLOOM⁴³ device is delivered to the patient 7-10 days before their scheduled breast surgery.

  • The patient wears the BLOOM⁴³ device on the breast(s) for 3 hours the evening beofre surgery.

  • After surgery, patients return the device to Plexāā, receive their deposit back, and complete a short ‘patient experience’ survey.
